Qualifications include:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
– ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
– Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration.
– Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices, such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
– Familiarity with scripting languages, such as JavaScript and PowerShell.

Qualifications include:
– Configuration/development skills in ServiceNow environments.
– Experience with JavaScript.
– ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
– Preferred Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
– Understanding of the SDLC.

Cloud Migration Engineer – Suitland, MD:

Qualifications include:
– Strong experience working in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment (Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Security).
– Strong experience in a production cloud environment including network, security, deployment, automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
– Experience migrating applications from other platforms/on-premises to cloud.
– DevSecOps experience supporting automated pipelines for mission application owners.
– Experience supporting operating systems (Microsoft and RedHat Linux) and applications in an enterprise or production environment.
– Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.
– Software Development experience.
– Database administration/migration.
– AWS Cloud Associate Certifications.

Cloud Integration Engineer – Fort Meade, MD:

Qualifications include:
– Experience providing DevSecOps implementation using Jenkins, GitLab or similar tools.
– Working knowledge of source version control, build/release methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and software build process.
– Passion for building and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines for multiple product teams.

Analytics and Visual Operations Specialist – Springfield, VA:

Qualifications include:
– Relevant experience in the following: Analytics, Visual Operations, Data Collection, experience in the Intelligence Community.

Helpdesk Specialist – Springfield, VA:

Qualifications include:
– Operational experience with ServiceNow.
– Experience within the Intelligence Community.
– Exhibit excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to obtain DoD 8140 (formerly 8570.01-M) IAT Level I: A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP, within 6 months of hire.
