Business Analyst, 6 Month Contract to Hire, Banking – Work From Home

We have 15 Business Analyst openings. These are 6 month contract to hire opportunities. These positions are not open for Sponsorship. US Citizen/Green Card Holder only. These positions are 100% Remote openings.

– Subject matter expertise in Commercial Banking sub-area like Small Business, Community Banking, Middle Market, Syndication, Asset Based Lending, Franchise Finance, Equipment Finance, SBA, Specialty Segments, Deposits, Healthcare, Credit Management, Treasury Management, Payments, Commercial Real Estate, Correspondent Banking.
– Experience with Commercial Lending / Treasury technology platforms and digital innovation e.g., ACBS, SHAW, nCino, Solifi / Stucky ABL, Fiserv, FIS, Hogan.
– Document high level functional, non-functional, data and reporting requirements.
– Define, document and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, taking into account non-functional requirements.
– Identify risks and recommend mitigation measures, communicate activity status, as well as escalate and communicate possible issues.
– Provide support to the technology teams in delivery of the detailed design of the requirements.
– Provide support in testing activities and defect/issue management related to requirements.
