A. The answer to this question understandably
varies with the degree and difficulty of each individual search

assignments in a timely manner coinciding with the desired
hire date set by the client.

a contingency or retainer search firm?
A. We can provide both types of
searches at our recruiting firm. We are primarily a contingency
search firm and we also can provide retainer searches or retained
searches for high-level management positions. The employer
pays the fee and there is never a cost to the candidate.
