Production Control Analyst
The Production Control department establishes a production schedule that is customer order and customer order forecast driven in order to support 100% on time delivery. Finished goods inventory is kept at the minimum level necessary to satisfy short-term delivery requirements and protect customer supply in event of emergency.
-Manage finished goods inventory to support customer demands to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
-Manage inventory level minimum and optimize inventory turn over time.
-Manage all documentation analytically related to Finished Goods inventory such as tracking, forecasting and shortage documents.
-Be responsible for monitoring overseas shipment details, and future production data.
-Be responsible for communications to and collaboration with Logistics when abnormal freight methods are required such as air shipments for ocean diversions.
-Be responsible to communicate details to Sales and PC groups related to inventory, forecasting, customer demands, and sales information. PC needs to coordinate both global and local activities related to improve business processes in North America.
-Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strongly prefer automotive experience.
-To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office Word; MS Office; Internet software; and Project Management software.

-Working with Financial Information – Understand how financial information is used to guide business decisions; develops accurate financial forecasts; considers decisions from a financial perspective.
-Managing Resources – Manage resources to achieve maximum value with minimum cost. Accurately estimate, invest, and monitor resources and budgets to optimize returns and control waste. Make good use of company assets.
