This is a full-time permanent opportunity.
Seeking a service technician to perform project work as
well as end user assistance.
Technician must be willing to travel both within the Dallas
area as well as travel outside of Texas as needed.
Qualifications:
-Proficient in Citrix environments and Citrix Management
-MS Exchange Administrator, including but not limited to:
Active Directory Users and Computers, Active Directory Sites
and Services, Group Policy
-Experience in network infrastructure, including but not
limited to: configuration and installation of Cisco routers,
switches, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
-Help Desk Ticketing support experience
-Experience with virus and spyware removal on networks and
individual systems
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Excellent administrative and documentation skills
-Degree and/or Certifications Preferred, including but not
limited to: MCSE, MCSA, MCP, Comptia A+, Comptia N+, CCNA
Excellence in Customer Service
-Ability to Multi-task
-Willing to travel as needed
-Work a regular on call shift
-Ability to provide documentation around the following items:
Daily timesheet entries on work performed; Expenses and
Receipts when traveling; Customer support information including
network diagrams and scopes of work; and Regular self development
training with goal of obtaining minimum of one new certification
pertaining to this position annually.
