The Product Manager is responsible for understanding, prioritizing
and defining the customer needs. Candidates are expected
to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish
a variety of complicated tasks and goals. A wide degree
of technical proficiency, creativity, and latitude is expected.
Responsibilities:
-Receive and give guidance to top management on the order
execution network roadmap and key functionality
-Evaluate and prioritize features that tie market research
to company vision
-Evaluate and invent new product ideas
-Translate the customer and market needs into product requirements
-Work with multiple agile development teams to document
features and understand and optimize functionality
-Manage the product life cycle from conception through release
and beyond
-Evaluate and prioritize features
-Enjoy spending time in the market to understand the opportunities
or issues, and find innovative solutions
Qualifications:
-Product Management and/or Business Analysis experience
with knowledge or background in building solutions for Forex
trading; including knowledge of risk management, connectivity
to liquidity providers, order routing, and front end technology.
-FINRA certifications or licenses a plus. Series 63, Series
3, Series 7, Series 34.
