Responsibilities:
-Looking for talented Java developers to participate in the build out of platform. The successful candidate will participate in all phases of a project lifecycle and work with extremely bright, motivated individuals, who focus on Java development in an XP/Test-Driven-Development environment. The role will allow you to gain an understanding of credit risk management using collateral across a broad array of products across multiple businesses that the firm engages in.
-Contribute to the technical design of specific projects.
-Hands on implementation of these designs.
-Evolve our strategic architecture to support scalability and high availability.

Mandatory Qualifications:
-High Degree of competency in Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
-Strong knowledge of server-side, multi threaded Java programming.
-Demonstrated history of technical project successfully deployed to production.
-Experience in test-driven development.
-3+ years of relevant experience in Java development.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a self directed approach to work.
-Hibernate or other object-relational framework.
-Industry Experience with UML, Eclipse, DB2.
-Industry Experience with .NET.
