Sr C++ Software Developer - Ready to hire! Reston, VA

Looking for self motivated, top notch C++ Commercial Software Developer who can help extend our cutting-edge product into new markets. We use an agile, fast-paced development process allowing the engineers to quickly see the results of their work in customer environments.

Responsibilities:
-Design and develop sophisticated system components
-Write unit tests and use test driven design methodology to ensure code quality
-Estimate project efforts
-Participate in design sessions and code reviews
-Create design documents and diagrams

Qualifications:
-5-10 yrs experience developing Commercial Software products
-Must have extremely strong C/C++ (STL and ATL) skills
-Prior experience in a lead role
-C# experience a plus
-Demonstrated knowledge of unit testing, code coverage and TDD processes
-Experience with Microsoft tools and platforms
-Microsoft SQL Server and Exchange experience are preferred
-Must have strong communication skills
