Sr GUI Developer
Work on proprietary front-end software for
trading firm. The software is a multi-threaded
Visual C++/MFC application.
Qualifications:
-Strong C++ coding skills and knowledge at the
academic and/or professional level
-Ability to describe what contributes to writing
correct and efficient code
-Strong problem solving and analysis skills
-Bachelors Degree preferred or 3+ years GUI
experience with MFC and STL
-Practical experience of MFC and STL usage/extension
-An understanding of the way that command/notification
message routing works
-A solid understanding of OOD principles, inheritance,
polymorphism, etc.
-Experience of working with formal issue tracking
systems e.g. JIRA, Bugzilla or Salesforce.
-Any experience with or knowledge of implementing
owner-draw controls
-Financial services systems experience.
