Seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated
individual with good business discipline and
strong sales ability to join Company. The successful
candidate must have strong interpersonal and
telephone skills, be able to multi-task, and
have good computer skills. As a Sales Assistant,
candidate will be responsible for supporting
the sales teams by “building pipelines.”
Responsibilities:
-Assist the Sales team with the process of identifying
prospective clients.
-Collect information and dates about contract
renewals
-Communicate the key sales messages to prospective
clients.
-Identify if a customer is ready to buy
-Schedule meetings with qualifies prospects
-Communicating what Firm has to offer to the
right target.
Qualifications:
-Interpersonal Skills, Phone Skills, Data Entry
Skills, Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing
Skills, Understanding the Customer, Customer
Focus, Informing Others, Self-Development, Attention
to Detail, Professionalism, Microsoft Office
Skills, Teamwork.
-1-2 years experience with a broker/dealer or
financial services firm is preferred but not
required for an exceptionally motivated candidate.
-The candidate must have exceptional communication
skills to work effectively with clients through
all available media.
-High energy and attention to detail. Organizational
skills are extremely important.
-Strong problem solving and teamwork skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and phone skills are
extremely important.
-Cold calling experience is preferred.
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Business
degree would be a plus
