Sr Oracle Applications Developer - Oracle E-business

Responsibilities:
-Perform development and application support for Oracle Financials and Oracle HR (Core HR, Incentive Compensation, General Ledger, Accounts Payable)
-Provide full life cycle implementations and upgrades including development and unit testing of application functionality (newly deployed and upgrades) to ensure all requirements are being delivered.
-Provide support to international user community

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years experience with designing, developing, implementing and customizing the Oracle Applications Suite.
-Extensive experience with the Oracle E-business suite
-Preferably 2 full life cycle implementations
-Strong Development skills with at least 6 years experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Custom ADI, Oracle
-Workflow, Forms, Discoverer and JSP
-Experience with building Custom modules
-Good understanding of Unix and experience in developing shell scripts
-Mandatory - Oracle HR applications
-Experience with Oracle On-Demand a Plus.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment are necessary
-Good Business Analysis experience working with users with requirements and solutions is required
-Any experience with Accounting and/or Finance is a major plus
-Undergraduate preferred but not necessary
