$100-$200K plus bonus

The group is responsible for:
- Bringing into production, deploying and operating trading models
- Researching, collecting, evaluating, aligning and maintaining model input data from numerous sources. Data integrity is essential.
- Evaluating model output

The model operations group interfaces very closely with the Programming and Trading Operations Group to deploy model output to real-time trading tools.

The individual will be responsible for:
- Managing data analysts and programmers
- Designing systems, databases and data flows
- Identifying, writing, testing and auditing operational procedures and control processes
- Preparing analytical reports
- Initiating, managing and negotiating vendor relationships

Key requirements include:
- Expertise with MS Office suite including VBA and SQL; strong technical ability with systems, database design and data flows
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent organization skills with great attention to detail
- Good judgment
- Good communications skills
- Background in business, finance, math or related field, with a solid understanding of financial statements and financial concepts
- Relevant work experience
