Linux Administrator

Seeking highly motivated, smart individuals
with strong Linux administration skills. The
ideal candidate would be able to work on multiple
projects and manage his/her time accordingly.
This position gives the candidates an excellent
opportunity to utilize both technical and interpersonal
skills in the Finance Industry. The position
also offers substantial exposure to trading
applications and to the complete trading cycle.
The group is responsible for implementation
and maintenance of infrastructure and hosted
environments. The group also interacts very
closely with the all other internal groups to
find unique solutions to difficult problems.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors in Computer Science
-LAMP (Linux Apache Mysql PHP) - specifically
Linux/PHP but MySQL and Apache are preferred
-Knowledge of virtualization both XenServer
and Vmware is critical
-Working knowledge of any Linux distribution
but RHEL preferred
-Strong documentation skills
-Excellent written and verbal communications
skills
-Strong troubleshooting skills and problem resolution
recommendations
