In this role, you will work within a cross-divisional team, consulting with researchers and developers to drive a variety of projects impacting business-critical operations. Your responsibilities will span full project life cycles, from business requirements, design, and architecture to hands-on development. Examples of past initiatives include designing and implementing firm-wide automated project portfolio management and metrics reporting tools, introducing emerging technologies and paradigms like cloud computing to our business environment, and evaluating third-party vendor tools and products against in-house solutions to inform build vs. buy decisions.

Qualifications:
-At a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in computer science
-Experience in several programming languages, including Java, C, or C++.
-The ideal candidate will also be proficient in Groovy and UNIX scripting.
-Experience working in a project management and development capacity.
-Knowledge of cloud computing environments and project tracking tools such as Jira are a plus.
