Description:
We seek an analytical, competitive-minded electronic
trading analyst to join a small team that improves
the automated trading. Your responsibilities
in this role will include: designing algorithmic
behavior; rigorously analyzing and comparing
trading strategies; and maintaining and devising
tools and reports used for trading analysis.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to
communicate on behalf of the Firm with a variety
of other participants in the global financial
markets, as well as track key developments in
the rules and dynamics of securities markets.
The ideal candidate will have: proficiency
in an analysis package such as Excel, S-Plus,
R, Matlab or SAS; a background in a quantitative/technical
discipline requiring experimentation and statistical
inference; some programming experience in Java
and UNIX scripts; preferably some experience
in finance or working with quantitative data.
Candidates with an interest in trading and/or
strategy games are encouraged to apply.
