$70-85K base - comm.
Base Salary Range : 70-85K
· Responsible for continued performance
feedback, training, and overall success of assigned
sales team.
· Responsible for the education and monitoring
of the use of sales force automation tools and
support in contract processing guidelines.
· Responsible for budget and expenditures
of sales team.
· Responsible for collection of AR in
conjunction with A/R staff to ensure proper
collection.
· Maintain high level of customer service
satisfaction.
· Provide high level mentoring to direct
reports and respective sales teams.
· Provide escalation resource for sales
team with internal and external business relationships.
Qualifications :
· College Degree preferred but will consider
applicants with equivalent work-related experience
with a minimum educational requirement of a
H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.
· Degree is strongly preferred
· Previous management or supervisory
experience required.
· Minimum of 5 years technology sales
experience.
· Ability to motivate team to reach assigned
sales and performance goals.
· Ability to cultivate and coordinate
internal and external key relationships.
· Ability to recruit, train, cultivate
and retain a top sales professionals.
· Excellent communication and presentation
skills.
