$110-$150K plus bonus

Responsibilities:
-Focus on the maintenance and support of existing suite of applications.
-Extension, maintenance, and support of the Framework, a C# / XML batch framework that is used for all of our overnight jobs. The framework handles all operational integration with external brokers, report generation, and data transfer between internal systems.
-Work on a variety of other in-house applications for Reporting, Operations, Trading, Risk, etc. In-house applications are all a combination of the following technologies: C# / WinForms or WPF / SQL Server / Dev Express or Infragistics Controls / WCF Services / Click-once distribution.
-Interface well both with the Business Analyst / Project Manager on the project as well as the end users.

Mandatory Qualifications:
-BS in Computer Science (or related discipline)
-3-5 years C# financial development experience (minimum)
-Overnight Batch Processing Experience
-3-4 year SQL Server experience
-A passion for self-improvement and top-of-the-line coding
-The candidate must understand and follow highest quality development practices, including Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Self-Documenting Code, proper use of OO Design Patterns, etc. and must be a self-motivated, independent learner.
-The candidate must have excellent communication skills, a passion for great software, and a positive attitude.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
-A basic understanding of Fixed Income securities, trading workflows, etc. is preferred.
-Experience with Dev Express or other vendor WPF / Silverlight Grid and other controls
-Experience with SQL Server 2008 and SS Reporting Services
-Experience with integrating data from Charles River, Sungard VPM, and/or Wall Street Office
-Experience with any of the following Tools: Visual Studio 2010 / Resharper / .NET 4.0, WPF / Silverlight, SQL Server 2008 R2 / SQL Server Reporting Services / SQL Server Integration Services, Dev Express DXperience Enterprise (WPF), Git Version Control, Jenkins Continuous Integration, NUnit Test Framework, MSFT Server 2008, Web and Windows Service Deployments, Click-once Desktop Application Deployments, and/or Safari Books Online.
