Description:

We are seeking world-class developers to join our growing High Frequency Trading Technology team. As a member of the team’s Order Management group, you will build software that sends orders to major exchanges across the globe. You will also write protocol handlers for new exchanges and counterparties, perform latency analysis on large volumes of data, implement proprietary routing strategies, maintain live trading systems, and work directly with business units on gathering requirements and implementing new features.

Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science and experience working with large-scale, multi-threaded, real-time systems. In addition to experience using programming languages such as Java, C, and C++, the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for writing latency sensitive code, a solid understanding of hardware architecture, knowledge of or experience with the latest cutting edge IPC mechanisms, and exposure to high level software tools such as code generation toolkits. We are especially interested in those with exceptional programming skills, experience interacting directly with customers, a penchant for collaboration, and an interest in working on high-performance, mission-critical system.
