High Frequency Broker Dealer Developer - Will

We're seeking world-class technologists to
build and enhance the technology platform in
our dynamic Broker-Dealer operation. In this
role, you will take on a wide array of technical
and business challenges, working directly with
traders and researchers, writing highly available
real-time software, and implementing algorithms
that directly affect the bottom line. The position
provides a unique opportunity to learn about
market microstructure, success metrics, marketplace
dynamics, and other aspects of high frequency
trading through close contact with business
customers.
Candidates may come from a broad range of backgrounds
and experience levels with at a minimum a bachelor’s
degree in computer science from a top university
and experience converting business and technical
requirements into quality code, object designs,
and unit tests in a high-performance environment.
In addition to experience using object-oriented
programming languages such as Java or C++, the
ideal candidate will have a range of technical
competencies, including algorithms, data structures,
multi-threaded applications, distributed systems,
and user interface development.
