risk transfer, diversified across trading venues,
asset classes and products. Looking for talented

position is on the Treasury team, which is responsible
for managing and overseeing the following worldwide:
cash, liquidity and investments, funding/debt,
capital, Risk (FX and other financial risks),
reporting, administration of treasury systems
and account authorizations, and building strong
relationships with internal and external partners.

The Treasury Operations position is a highly
valued and entrusted role. The ideal candidate
will be able to take on diverse and important
responsibilities in all areas that the Treasury
team oversees, working closely with finance
and business personnel worldwide.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with
internal stakeholders and banking partners.
-Forecast and coordinate cash movements to manage
short and medium term cash flow requirements.
-Monitor and manage external and intercompany
funding facilities.
-Negotiate and manage collateral balances at
various locations worldwide.
-Prepare and analyze information for capital
and liquidity decisions.
-Monitor exposures and undertake hedging transactions
on behalf of Treasury.
-Work closely with developers to enhance and
implement treasury systems.
-Administer treasury systems and account authorizations.
-Assist in the development of efficient treasury
operations controls, procedures and policies.
-Prepare/enhance treasury and compliance reports
for management, rating agencies and creditors.
-Keep appraised on company performance and initiatives.
Qualifications:
-3-7 years experience in Treasury cash management/operational
and Administration of systems, account authorizations
and controls.
-Broker-dealer/FCM Trading industry experience
preferred.
-Maintenance of bank relationships including
credit facilities.
-Passion for finance and automation.
-Personable, articulate, energetic and creative.
-Organized with attention to detail.
-Comfortable with the uncomfortable: Ability
to operate calmly and decisively in fast paced
environments.
-Team oriented: Achieve objectives while modeling
the company’s values of respect, leverage,
low-ego and having fun.
-Strong analytical skills, judgment and integrity.
-Process Management: Enjoys creating efficiencies.
-Strong skills with Microsoft Office tools (Excel,
Access, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
-Experience with SQL for data retrieval.
-Experience with scripting or programming tools
such as VBA, C#, or Python.
-Joint Finance/MIS or CS degree preferred. (Degree
in Finance or accounting/additional coursework
in MIS or CS).
-Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial
reports, investment prospectus, and governmental
regulations.
-Understanding of investment risk measurements
and management.
-Familiarity with short-term investment products,
including money funds, bank deposits, commercial
paper, ST bond funds, resale agreements, etc.
-Familiarity with US and international financial
regulations; Series 27 certification.
