Trading Systems Analyst – 2nd Shift -

Shift: 2pm-10:30pm (2nd Shift)
Join a team responsible for ensuring availability
of all production Trading System Components.
The focus areas for this team include system
monitoring, data management, release and configuration
management. You will need a combination of technical
expertise and electronic trading system support
experience to fill the position on this team.
Responsibilities:
-Provide system monitoring and support for proprietary
trading systems.
-Administration and 1st level support of 3rd
party platforms (TT, Thomson, Activ, Orc).
-Provide application and IT Infrastructure support
including incident, problem, request, and change
management.
-Thoroughly document all incidents for report
generation summarizing incidents for trend analysis
and root cause determination.
-Deploy, Configure, and verify proprietary trading
software releases.
-Daily verification and support of trading market
data, prices, and product lists.
Qualifications
-Experience working in the financial industry,
preferably a trading firm, exchange or trading
industry vendor.
-Perl, VBA, PHP, Python or other scripting language.
-Linux and Windows administration experience.
-Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving
skills.
-Previous experience developing or supporting
electronic trading systems.
-Excellent communication and written skills
required.
