This is a strategic consulting position with significant client and management exposure.

Requirements

• Proven consulting background
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or;
• Business degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate or financial management systems
• Minimum of 5 years managing in major IT implementation projects
• Specific experience in implementing real estate management applications
• Experienced in designing, implementing and managing real estate management systems as part of an overall real estate strategy for our existing and new clients
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

Required Abilities

• Ability to market and present our solutions and services to the C class executives.
• Proven experience in defining systems requirements, strategy and implementing enterprise business solutions for multiple clients
• Manage and conduct application presentations to prospective clients and management as required
• Perform business analysis on clients real estate applications and data requirements
• Select corporate real estate applications to best suit client requirements
• Define project deliverables, scope and cost, manage implementation schedules and budgets
• Design, configure and implement real estate applications
• Manage application implementation process from conception through completion
• Migrate and normalize real estate and financial data to real estate applications
• Design reports in support of client’s real estate data needs
• Manage client, application, data and reporting issues post application implementation
• Ensure real estate applications (internal or external) are in line with corporate strategies
• Manage and document the corporate real estate systems market landscape as a differentiator for our services
• Proven project management, client management and risk mitigation experience
