Responsibilities
-Gather and analyze requirements and lead the
design, development and implementation of the
product
-Organize and participate in review sessions
and contribute to system testing to ensure quality
results
-Develop good quality products in a challenging
timeframe and assist and mentor other members
of the team
-Provide regular feedback to management on project
status
-Contribute to the development and continuous
review of appropriate practices, standards and
guidelines
Qualifications:
-Expert ability to effectively identify and
resolve project issues in a timely manner
-Proven skills in the development of quality
applications
-Able to perform requirements gathering, analysis
and specification
-Able to develop high-level and detail design
specifications
-Solid Object Oriented Analysis
-N-Tier web application development
-Visual Studio 2003 and 2005
-.NET framework
-Able to review existing software architecture
and identify areas for improvement in the areas
of scalability, maintainability, and performance
-Must possess good written and verbal communication
skills
-Strong organizational abilities, oral communication
and interpersonal skills
-Proven skills in mentoring and guiding the
development team in the adoption and use of
best practices and design patterns
