Software Engineer Sr - C++ - C# - .Net - Chicgao,
IL
Trading firm is looking to add Senior Software
Engineers with leadership experience to their
already existing development team to research,
design and develop computer software for trading
teams.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing
new product features, producing design documents
and materials, developing test scenarios, analyzing
designs and coding for errors and efficiency.
Qualifications:
-5+ years experience in software development.
-Excellent knowledge of C# and the .NET framework,
C++ experience.
-The ability to transition between programming
languages on a need-basis and demonstrate excellence
throughout.
-Excellent communication skills and a work ethic
that thrives both independently and within a
team.
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
or related field from a 4-year university with
a strong GPA (3.5 or higher).
-Experience in the development of multithreaded
and near real time applications.
-Proficiency with Java, C++ and/or C#.
-Familiarity with the financial services industry.
