Looking for an experienced software engineer
with e-commerce, CRM, PRM, ERP, sales configuration
skills.
Position requires an understanding of how an
enterprise interacts with customers to market,
sell, engineer, manufacture, and deliver products.
Software Engineer needs to take initiative,
be well organized, and have very strong communication
and interpersonal skills. Experience in product
marketing or manufacturing with a background
in engineering or software is required. The
ideal candidate has to use the latest Web 2.0
client technologies to deploy state-of-the-art
web applications.
Responsibilities:
-Software implementation, meeting deadlines
and achieving 100% customer satisfaction
-Project Management, implementation and financial
status follow-up
-Customer education on software
-Setup of standard software modules
-Make effective use of standards and methodologies
-Contribute to improving the delivery process,
methodology and quality
-Development of detailed and accurate time estimates
-Participation in the overall development process
through design/code reviews and estimation/planning
assistance
-Implementation of software at customer sites
(eventually 50+% travel)
Qualifications:
-Masters degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or related areas
-At least 4 years of Java and web application
development in J2EE (JBOSS)
-JSP, AJAX, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript required
-EJB 3.0, Web Services required
-JBOSS, SQL Server, Oracle, Jasper Reports required
-CRM/ERP/PLM/CAD applications (preferably salesforce.com)
required
-MS Project required
-Experience in Java Server Pages (JSP) development
and UI Design using HTML, CSS, AJAX and/or JavaScript
-Experience of relational databases
-Experience of ERP/PLM/CRM applications
-Experience with Force.com/APEX/Visual Force
-Outstanding written and verbal communication
skills
-Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal
skills
-Excellent interpersonal & communication
skills
-High level of creativity
-Ability to work independently and as a part
of the team
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
-Salesforce.com certification
-Knowledge of formulating or modifying complex
SQL queries for reporting
-Data import and export using Excel/PDF
-Bilingual English/French a plus
