Senior APEX Developer
Candidates can be located anywhere or if interested, company
will help with relocation to Chicago.
Candidates must have experience with JDeveloper.
Salary up to $120K
Great opportunity to play a lead role and ultimately grow
a team of developers.
Responsibilities:
-Building of Database Design and Development for clients
utilizing Oracle Application Express (APEX) design, development
and deployment.
-Responsible for oversight and execution of end-to-end application
development process, including analysis, design, development,
testing, debugs, deployment, documentation and maintenance.
-Responsible for engagement planning and managing client
relationships.
-Prepare client communications, both written and oral, for
senior level review.
-Act as a mentor to consultant and senior consultant professionals.
-Periodically re-assess the technical performance of partners
and suppliers.
-Supervise appropriate personnel including consultants and
senior consultants, client personnel, clerical support,
and others as appropriate.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum
supervision.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, CIS, Accounting, Finance,
Economics or Mathematics.
-Extensive experience in building of Database Design and
Development with Oracle Application Express (APEX) design,
development and deployment.
-Candidates must have experience with JDeveloper.
-Extensive SQL and PL/SQL experience, including but not
limited to design and creating tables, packages, stored
procedures, views, triggers, indexes and all relevant database
objects.
-End-to-end application development process, including analysis,
design, development, testing, debugs, deployment, documentation
and maintenance.
-3+ years experience in Web application development technologies,
including but not limited to HTML/XHTML, XML, Java, AJAX,
JavaScript, CSS.
-Knowledge of APEX deployment platforms, including Oracle
Application Server, Web Logic, APEX Listener, and Apache
HTTP a plus.
