On-site with customers up to 100% of time.
Main contribution is the delivery of billable,
assessment and advisory services with proficient-level
knowledge for all Company product family lines.
Primarily charged with Planning, Assessing and
Design activities. This requires excellent time
management and business communication skills.
Ideally, possessing a risk assessment and control
design background and is familiar with internal
audit and business excellence functions. Exposure
to working on projects linked to compliance
mandates is highly desired.
In addition to having a strong emphasis with
the delivery of assessment and advisory services,
there is a need for the Consultant to highly
regard the development of the unit and its corresponding
team members. Being able to advise product consultant
and contribute to the expanding Company Knowledgebase
is key.
Role:
• Assists in creating proposals and estimates
as required.
• Understands and decomposes the Functional
requirements of controls and determine the best
approach.
• Understands and assures that the customer
is aware of all Technical requirements.
• Assists customers with the installation
of all Company software products.
• Assists customers prepare for software
installation and requirements for implementing
controls within their systems.
• Constructs using Company's products
the controls specified in the project plan.
• Tests all controls developed using customer
supplied data or customer developed data.
• Assists customers to integrate our solutions
into their production systems.
• Ensures that project is delivering required
business benefits.
• Assists in building value propositions
from the work being performed.
• Author application briefs for each engagement
• Author case study for each engagement
• Author white paper/case study for all
reference customer
• Builds excellent relationships with
the Customer and delivers value.
• Provides timely input to billing for
accounting for all hours.
• Completes weekly expense reports promptly.
• Controls expenses consistent with guidelines,
budgets and ratios.
• Assists in the recruiting, hiring and
training of new team members as requested.
• Participates in internal training programs.
• Provides customer input for enhancements
and new product/services ideas.
Desired Skills:
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in
a computer science, MIS or business program
• 3-5 years professional consulting experience
• Mastery in business analysis, project
management and requirements gathering
• Basic understanding of JAVA programming,
SQL, UNIX, Database (Orace/DB2/MS SQL)
• Basic familiarity with Application server
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Experience in software implementation
• Risk Management, Compliance Management
