Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the preparation, extrapolation and analysis of sales results by providing an “early warning sign” of sub-performance placing overall revenue goals in jeopardy. Establish quarterly thresholds for all.
- The timely analysis of specific upward/downward trending in a particular service areas and presented to management on an “as needed” basis enabling SVP to gain a broader understanding of a specific market or to communicate with Product Mgmt/Development.
- Creation of a dashboard or reporting tool that will enable management to have a day-to-day view of sales activity and status on in-progress deals and/or RFPs. Also flag any in-process deals that could require intervention or assistance by Sr. or Executive level management.
-Assist in coordination of talent and resources for special sales initiatives to include any special events, sales promotions, and marketing projects.
-Monthly Meetings with SVP to prepare restated sales revenue based upon the previous month’s sales performance. Communication of restated amounts to the sales team as directed by SVP’s.
-Execute the sales development programs as defined by SVP management team and their direct reports to include ongoing status, attainment, successes & failures, refinements. Will also include the year-end analysis of results, and on-going pipeline forecasting accuracy, and skill analyzer training results.
-Manage/monitor/report achievement of milestones within submitted strategic and new plans quarterly.
-Sales Training & Performance Liaison
-Sales Automation Tools (Pipeline Analyzer, skills Analyzer)
-Management & Coordination of Sales Administrative Staff
-Productivity Reporting
-Responsibilities may be added or altered at the discretion of management.

Qualifications:
-College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience with a minimum educational requirement of a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.
-Must have a minimum of 2 years sales support, customer service or administrative sales support experience
-Strong internal customer service skills; ability to respond in a prompt and efficient manner
-Ability to thrive in a fast--paced, multitasking environment with deadlines and shifting priorities
-Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
-Should be highly capable and experienced at managing high volume voice and e-mail communications as well as managing e-mail blasts of outbound information as supplemental marketing projects.
-Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; Excel Spread Sheets to include the ability set up spreadsheets and create and input formulas required
-Mail Merge proficiency to include importing Oracle database information preferred
