QA Analyst - Will relocate - Ready to hire!

Will relocate the right candidate.
Looking for candidates with C++ development background with multi-threaded applications. Scripting skills needed to automate. Position requires 70% manual testing.

You will be responsible for testing sophisticated, highly scalable and multi-tiered trading applications. This hands-on role will work on high performance infrastructure and client libraries, and you will do both front end and back end testing.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain test scripts and test cases for all applications and services released by development.
-Work closely with current in-house C++ library code base.
-Work closely with the QA Lead to optimize testing process.
-Identify and implement means of reducing testing cycles through automation.
-Coordinate and build test harnesses and scripts for automated testing.
-Discover and investigate reported software bugs.
-Work with developers to identify testing needs for trading system.
-Manage multiple testing projects and scheduling of testing efforts.
-Develop and maintain quality metrics.

Qualifications:
-5+ years of C++ in a Linux environment.
-5+ years of testing financial trading systems.
-Exceptional Python or Perl scripting skills.
-Familiarity with GUI design and development concepts is strongly preferred.
-Ability to troubleshoot problems at both the application and network layers.
-Demonstrated proficiency working with multiple exchange specific messaging protocols.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Experienced in developing test scripts and harnesses using Perl or Python.
-Experienced with Multithreaded programming.
-Proven track record in quality assurance working with large, complex software applications with high performance, scalability and reliability demands.
-Clear understanding of basic software development and testing processes.
-Confident team player motivated by a fast-paced environment.
-Reliable and predictable attendance.
-Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other technical field of study.
-5+ years experience of testing financial trading systems is preferred.
-4+ years experience working in a software development environment.
