Project Manager - Product Management

Responsibilities:
-Define & develop enterprise wide IT project/program
management practices, governance standards,
processes and metrics, portfolio management
methodologies and tools.
-Manage multiple projects to deliver solutions
that meet the business requirements, within
scope, on time and within budget.
-Collaborate with other Project Managers to
manage dependencies between projects.
-Create the detailed project work plan with
timelines, milestones, resources, and estimates
and revises as appropriate to meet changing
needs and requirements.
-Develop project plans and teamwork assignments,
direct project teams, identify resource needs,
perform quality review, and escalate functional,
quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
-Coordinate communication with all areas of
the enterprise that impact scope, budget, risk,
and resources of the projects being managed.
-Identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing
IT to achieve the business goals of the enterprise.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related
field or equivalent work experience.
-2-4+ years of managing multiple IT projects
ranging in varying degrees of complexity. ERP
project experience preferred.
-Experience working both independently and in
a team-oriented, collaborative environment is
essential.
-Ability to conform to shifting priorities,
demands and timelines through analytical and
problem solving capabilities.
-Ability to coach, mentor, train and lead personnel
within a technical team environment in a project
leadership relationship.
