Job Description:
SHIFT: FRI-SUN (7pm-7am)alternating MON (10pm-6am)
• Assist and consult with customers in
the design and implementation of customer architectures.
• Primarily responsible for monitoring
customer applications and operational architecture
through a Network Operating Center (NOC) environment.
• Complete assigned work orders in an
efficient manner.
• Issue trouble tickets when necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs and notebooks
regarding customer applications, security, and
operational readiness.
• Ensure the quality of service delivery
continues to meet certification requirements.
• Assist the Systems Engineer to develop
and maintain LAN/WAN customer environments and
systems administration support.
Qualifications :
· College Degree preferred but will consider
applicants with equivalent work-related experience
with a minimum educational requirement of a
H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess strong customer service
attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Must have systems administration knowledge
for Windows 2000/2003.
• Must have basic Cisco knowledge and
be able to apply to daily configuration tasks.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
• Proven ability to execute multiple tasks
efficiently and effectively.
• Proven ability to work effectively in
a team environment.
• Demonstrated flexibility, organization
and self-motivation.
• 2 years related work experience preferred.
• Help desk experience
• Network administration/Systems Administration
• Technical account management
• Network Design and troubleshooting
• Minimal travel as needed.
