Responsibilities:
-Formulates and defines solution, scope and objectives based
on user defined needs.
-Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems
considering computer equipment capacity and limitations,
operating time, and form of desired results.
-Enables knowledge management and learning solutions to
enhance the effectiveness of Company's employees.
-Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will
be written.
-Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties
and documentation as necessary.
-Has full technical knowledge of all phases of application
systems analysis.
-Responsible for quality assurance review. Key point of
contact with vendor.
Qualifications:
-Requires 5-7 years of related HRIS experience.
-Understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions
and processes, and experience with databases tools.
-Understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility
and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures in order to
ensure correct implementation.
-Deep experience with time and attendance systems.
-Knowledge and experience with the integration to benefits
providers on a global level.
-Experience with Payroll systems and their requirements.
-Experience with knowledge management and training system
and methods.
-Experience working with SaaS Providers and related cloud
technologies.
-ERP experience.
-Significant project management experience.
-Ability to communicate or present information, both verbally
and written, effectively with all levels of the organization.
-Highly organized and has ability to manage concurrent deadlines
and multiple priorities.
