Primary duties and responsibilities for Ecommerce Interface:

• Learn to become proficient on Ecommerce Application
• Set-up Business Customer accounts in Ecommerce platform
• Train end users on Ecommerce functionality
• Assist to maintain database of customer accounts and products in Ecommerce system
• Troubleshoot solutions for new business requirements
• Work with Software Provider to resolve system issues
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned

Primary duties and responsibilities ERP Interface:
• Learn to become proficient on ERP Application
• Support internal ERP system users as Software Application Specialist
• Set-up Business Customer Ecommerce accounts
• Train employees to use the ERP interface of the system
• Create custom reports for customers and internal use
• Maintain and resolve data issues with inventory, customer records, accounting A/R / A/P
• Work with Software Provider to resolve system issues
• Troubleshoot solutions for new business requirements
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned

Experience/Skills:
• Outgoing Personality
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, specifically v-lookups and pivot tables
• Strong familiarity and interest in Ecommerce
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of accounting workflow
• Superior problem solving capabilities
• MIS background or Education preferred
• Interest and proficiency in Social Media Applications a plus
• Working knowledge of macros and/or Microsoft Access a plus
