Responsibilities:
Manage information availability projects focusing on project delivery success factors: profitability, resources utilization, on-time, on-budget, and client satisfaction. Build and identify additional information availability engagement opportunities by fostering and expanding client relationships. Cultivate additional revenue opportunities and collaborate with sales force during sales cycle.

Use the Company's deployment process and delivery infrastructure to ensure successful engagements. During the project delivery lifecycle, the Engagement Manager develops and maintains project plans, determines staffing requirements, sets and manages client’s expectations, leads project team to deliver work product, communicates status and issues, manages project scope and change, manages project resources, ensures the quality of work products, and maintains project work product repository. Engagement Manager ensures that all project deliverables are archived and cataloged accurately. The Engagement Manager is a technical and business consulting professional, contributing to practice development and industry verticals.

Qualifications:
• College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience with a minimum educational requirement of a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent
• Master’s degree preferred
• PMI-PMP certification preferred
• Experience leading both people and projects in a Consulting environment
• Strong Information Availability business and technical acumen
• Sales support in a team environment
• 6+ years experience in information availability
• 6+ years direct consulting experience (as individual contributor and project manager preferred)
• Significant client-facing responsibilities including consulting delivery and sales support in a team environment
• Strong project management, planning, organizational communication skills, and ability to scope prospective engagements, develop proposals and project plans
• Strong experience in managing technical projects and resources involved in technologies
• Advanced written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated mastery of consulting at the senior management level.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
• General technical knowledge and/or expertise in multiple areas of information systems technology (e.g. operating systems, networking software, databases, client/services computing, LAN, PC’s, etc.)
• Strong understanding of basic computer system and network availability issues, information systems availability principles and best practices, general IT concepts, incident response.
• Experience in Information Technology strategy planning, information availability program development and administration, availability architecture design and technology assessment.
• Knowledge of information availability architecture methodologies, Industry best practices and generally accepted information availability principles.
