Must have current experience in the financial industry.

This role will involve a combination a market data programming and database design, development, and support.

Responsibilities:
-Develop, maintain, and support programs to process market data from a wide variety of sources.
-Develop new database schema and enhance existing schema to support ongoing application development across the firm.
-Assist other developers in tuning and optimizing database queries and analyzing performance issues in database-related code.

Qualifications:
-Programming experience with C#/.NET and Microsoft SQL Server is preferred, but comparable experience with related technologies will also be considered.
-Solid SQL skills and experience in logical and physical schema design.
-Some familiarity with SQL Server administration is a plus, but not required.
-The ideal candidate would have past experience in the trading industry in general and financial market data processing in particular, but it is not absolutely necessary.
