$90K-$113K plus bonus
Responsible for providing expert knowledge
to support engagement delivery, product development,
sales, and staff development. The operational
focus includes design, creation, and sustainability
of Information Availability services targeting
and resolving prevailing industry and client
business issues. Provide tactical, organizational
and product support to senior management’s
strategic business goals and objectives. Will
also be asked to participate as a billable consultant
on strategic client engagements to ensure the
successful delivery of consulting services to
meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
-Ensuring service delivery efficiency and quality
-Guides practice resources to build and enhance
a market leading product-driven suite of consulting
services dedicated to superior delivery, methodologies,
and industry awareness
-Development and enforcement of service methodologies
and best practices that result in high customer
satisfaction and a reference friendly client
base
-Support recruiting of regional Information
Security consultants; build teamwork across
the entire information security consulting practice
-Implement a practice strategic plan that will
include Information Security consulting product
improvements, product launches, business entry
and exit tactics, and business channel relationships
-Develop and maintain robust knowledge transfer
/ knowledge management processes
-Actively participate in industry-sponsored
events – such as presentations, council
meetings, white papers, public-relation events,
etc
-Support sales activities, including executive
level, C-suite, and large group presentation
Qualifications:
-Undergraduate degree in Informational Technology,
Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field
-College Degree preferred but will consider
applicants with equivalent work-related experience
with a minimum educational requirement of a
H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.
-Certification in Information Security (CISSP,
CCE, etc.)
-Minimum of 7 years experience in Information
availability.
-Minimum of 5 years direct consulting experience
-Minimum of 5 years Management experience.
-Firm understanding of Information Security
industry
-Experience with risk and vulnerability assessments,
security architecture design and implementation,
policy development and security information
analysis
-Advanced project management, planning and ability
to scope prospective engagements, develop proposals
and negotiate project contracts.
-Knowledge of industry best practices and generally
accepted information security principles
-Experience working with sales professionals
-Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
-Advanced communications skills both written
and verbal
-Excellent decision making and problem solving
skills
-Demonstrated mastery of consulting at the senior
management level
-Exceptional organizational and communications
capabilities
-Experience in public speaking including presentations
to senior executives and large groups
-Willingness to travel up to 70%
