Responsibilities:
Work on a team supporting a Data Reporting and Analytics platform. Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, demo creation, deployments, configuration, and sustaining engineering tasks for the business teams. Investigate, diagnose, and fix report/data/code defects as reported by users. Additionally, complete small and medium projects fulfilling requests for enhancements.

Qualifications:
-Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills.
-Able to work independently and multi-task.
-Able to explain technical information in non-technical terms.
-Able to work in a team environment, with internal and external users.
-Able to conduct multi-channel communications (email, phone, chat, and in-person) clearly and courteously with both external and internal users.
-Able to participate in an on-call rotation for occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage in a 24/7 support environment.
-Effective time management skills.
-Outstanding communication skills.
-Computer Engineering or Computer Science background.
-Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
-Familiarity with one of the major programming language (C#, C++, Java, etc.)
-Experience with one of the major scripting languages (Perl, Python, Bash, .BAT, etc.)
-Experience with SQL language.
