Application Source Code Specialist – Information Security - Schaumburg, IL

Work with an industry leading, innovative, cutting-edge technology team to perform source code security reviews. Read, write and edit source code.

Mandatory Qualifications:
-In-depth understanding of at least one programming language
-An understanding of secure programming concepts
-Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities in application source code
-Experience performing source code security assessments manually and using automated tools

Additional Optional Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience
-C, C++, Java, .Net
-Minimum AA or similar training
-Experience working with Application Source Code Security Software, such as Fortify, IBM Rational’s AppScan Source Edition
-GIAC Certified Secure Software Programmers (GSSP)
-Any security related certification ex/ CISSP
