Looking for an application developer who can work effectively both independently and in a team environment to develop .NET based solutions and provide technical expertise in other areas as needed.

Qualifications:

Possess experience in the full development life-cycle (documentation, design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment) of Web applications using object-oriented methodologies. The candidate should also be able to demonstrate the ability to translate business requirements into application and data-model design specifications.

Because of the size and nature of the company, the candidate must have the ability to be self-directed yet have the flexibility to fill in for different roles and responsibilities as needed. Most work will be done independently, and the candidate must identify, communicate, and troubleshoot any restraints and roadblocks. Dedication to quality in design and delivery are a must.

Technologies:

The successful candidate must be proficient (1+ year) in most of the following technologies:
• C#
• ASP.NET and Web Services
• ASP.net AJAX Extensions
• .Net Framework 1.1 and 2.0
• OO Analysis and Design
• HTML/DHTML/CSS
• JavaScript
• Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005
• Understanding of XML and XSLT.
• Understanding of Windows Workflow Foundation is a plus.
