Strategic Account Coordinator – Sales
Support - Oakville, ON
$35-50K
Provide overall assistance to the sales team
with particular emphasis on contract generation.
This position will interface across the organization
and with prospects and/or existing client accounts
when required.
Responsibilities:
-Primary responsibility will be to generate
sales proposals and contracts through all available
Oracle systems and internal resources.
-Coordinate with customers and operations team
to manage issues and/or problems
-Coordinate with Finance and Administration
departments to assist with all invoices due
from the Strategic assigned accounts
-Provide coordination for responses to RFP,
RFJ, IFB, etc.
Qualifications:
-College Degree preferred but will consider
applicants with equivalent work-related experience
with a minimum educational requirement of a
H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.
-Must have a minimum of 4 years sales support,
customer service or administrative sales support
experience.
-Contract generation strongly preferred.
-Must be able to support sales team (on/off-site
sales offices) of approximately 5-8.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong internal customer service skills; ability
to respond in a prompt efficient manner.
-Excellent Windows-based applications knowledge
and ability(Word, Excel, PowerPoint); (Intermediate
to Advanced knowledge level). Oracle experience
is a plus.
-Knowledge of and ability to maneuver through
Windows Explorer.
-Ability to learn and apply knowledge of new
programs quickly.
-Ability to work as a team player.
-Proficiency within keyboarding, English, grammar,
and proofreading skills required.
