Responsibilities:
-Oversee the team responsible for designing,
building, and supporting user environment (Windows
and Linux servers, telephones, remote access,
mobile technologies, storage, etc.)
-Architect, design, and evaluate technical solutions.
-Prioritize and manage team projects.
-Automate manual, error-prone, and time-consuming
processes.
-Spearhead key projects, such as software and
phone system upgrades.
-Set a strategic vision for the group and develop
team members.
Qualifications:
-Will only consider candidates from top tier
computer science universities and/or individuals
with a stellar GPA.
-5+ years of experience managing a technical
team, and at least 10 years of experience working
in software development or systems administration.
-Possess technical skills related to desktop/mobile
hardware and software including Windows and
Linux, Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory,
SharePoint, and VPN.
-Familiarity with storage solutions and networking
required.
-Strong leadership, project management, and
organization skills required.
