Our goals are simple.  We want to provide the best service possible for our employer clients and jobseeker clients.  We believe that we have the technological sophistication found in the best search firms and we will continue to grow.  Our approach to our work is one of competence, thoroughness, trust and effective communication with both clients and candidates.  We choose not to operate as a high-volume resume clearinghouse.

History

Next Step Systems was established as an Illinois based company in 1995.  Our initial mission was to provide Information Technology employment services for Chicago area firms and candidates. 

As Y2K approached, we saw a major expansion of IT departments like never before. Then came the Internet boom.  It was an exciting time for the IT industry.  We have been there through some of the greatest times the IT industry has seen.  Due to the demand of our service, we expanded our vision and grew our services to reach out to many large clients in major cities across the US.  We have also seen the decline in IT employment in 2002 and 2003.  We have now experienced an upturn in hiring for 2004.  We anticipate this trend to continue through 2005 and beyond. 

Our company history is rich with real world experiences and we have a proven track through all types of economic conditions.
